    Should I be up this late?

    i just got home from a club and was wondering.....

    it's 3:43am central time, should I be up at this hour? or am i crazy and i should have gone to bed at 9pm?

    im currently doin a test e cycle (2ndweek) and i know i need ALOT of sleep.... so is this bad what im doin?

    should i be more devoted to my cycle and prioritize it first, or is it ok for me to at LEAST go out on weekends?

    or when on a cycle, prepare to make ALOT of sacrifices?

    well im off to bed now, any info or advice is greatly apreciated guys!!

    i think you should get your diet in order before worrying about what time you should fall asleep.... from what i saw in your other post... falling asleep at the right time wont do anything if ur still using that diet you posted the other day

    take a stick or a football and pass the hell out.... j/k... drinking isn't good on cycle... so i would hope ur not drunk!!

    I still go out. But try to keep drinking to one or two. Get the right amount of sleep (8-9 hours for me) and get up and keep the diet on track.

    It doesn't matter what time you go to sleep. You just need to get some sleep. So its Sunday sleep in a little. I go out on my cycles. I'm sorry an extra few ounces of muscle i MIGHT not gain isn't worth sitting in.

    No im not drunk, how the hell does my comment make me sound im drunk?

    And no im not smokin pot either, where the hell did that come from?

    And yes i go my diet in check, ill post it in a few. Ive broken it down to 6meals a day

    and yes its sunday, and im in bed aaaaaall day!! so im sure ill make up for it from last night

    thanks again guys!!

    PS - man i wouldnt even drink WINE when on a cycle, much less 2-3drinks
