    1st Cycle Questions

    Hi guys this will be my first cycle, i been doing alot of research and feel that i am ready for it, but i have a couple questions as to which steroid i should take.
    Before i listed what i puchase, I am 24 years old, 5'7" @ 247lbs wit about 24%bf. I've been working out for about 4 years on and off. I once was 190lbs but got married and ley myself go. I'm currently on a diet, don't know how many calories i eat/day, but i do eat 6 times/day wit about 250g of protien, and about 150 of carbs, wit about 50g of fat.
    I had a co-worker of mine(we go to the same gym) suggest i take Tren, he told me to go to this website and read about, so i did. Now i don't think it's a good idea for me, based on what you guys have said about for first cycle newbs like myself, what i want to know is why it isn't good for my first time.
    I ordered some gear last night night consisted of test prop, winny, clen, nolv, hcg, and clomind. I plan to start my first cycle a cutting cycle, since thats what I'm dieting for anyway.Dispite what the wesite recommend for a newb cycle, this is the stuff i bought anyway, because my goal is to cut, then after that i will start to bulk, but i want to loose the fat first.
    I've trained alot b4 in the past, so i know what I'm doing trust me on this, I'm a ****morph and i respond good to diet an proper exercise, but gain weight pretty easy just by looking at carbs though.
    One thing b4 i close out there is nothing you guys can say to get me to not juice, so with in mind, i just want some advice on my 1st cycle to that it goes smooth with minor setbacks. Thank you guys for reading and sorry for making such a long post

    My first thought is this - 24% body fat is a lot. Steroids don't help you burn fat unless your diet and exercise regime are tightly regulated and geared to that end. Also you won't see any results from the steroids when you're covered up by sub-cutaneous fat. My recommendations are to diet hard and focus just on cardio for several months. I think anyone about 14% shouldn't be thinking about steroids just yet.

    That being said, a good first cycle should consist of only 1 compound (so that you can guage your reaction or side effects to that compound) and should have all the proper PCT. I would recommend something like this for a first cycle.

    Test prop 50mg ED
    letrozole 20mg ED
    do this for 6-10 weeks

    PCT
    nolva 60mg ED
    letro 40mg ED
    clomid 80mg ED
    HCG 2 shots of 1000mg, 2 weeks apart
    do this for 6 weeks, or longer if needed until libido returns

    I wouldn't recommend taking nolva during your cycle as it adds to water retention, and for someone of your body composiiton that would be very bad. Make sure you inject prop every day to decrease the changes in blood levels thus decreasing sides. Also make sure you're doing cardio at least 3 times a week while you're doing this cycle.

    If you start a cycle at 24% body fat, you could be looking at some problems with Estrogen and gyno...

    I would diet naturally down to at least 15% before starting, that will give you some more time to get you diet perfected before you start adding steroids and wasting them if your diet and training are not correct!!

    ALso, you have not been solid at the gym, and you should really get that commitment down for a good year or two before throwing steroids in the mix

    They are NOT magic and will NOT take the place of diet and training, they WILL aid in an already perfect diet and training routine.

    Not sure Prop is the best Idea for a first cycle since it can be very painful especially to virgin muscles, and it requires Everyday shots

    this cycle isnt going to last bro....prop has to be shot at least everyother day with the winny and theres no way a newbie is going to stick with all the shots...test only for first cycle and gata drop the fat first...i know your not gana listen so dont come back asking what to do with the gyno you got

    Test E or C for your first cycle, 500 mg a week shot twice a week (250x2) would be a good start, dont worry about any other compounds for your first cycle, see how you react to test first. Make sure if you do decide to start against the other guys advice you have ure pct in place ready to go and some letro on hand if you get the gyno appearing. But I do think you should listen to the other guys advice first.

    Okay guys, i will follow you guys advice for the simple fact that i just satrted to get into this and i don't want my first time to be a failure and risk screwing myself up because i didn't listen to sound advice(always been my problem).
    So i won't take any juice yet till around 14%. I'll just continue traing hard in the gym, already lost 5lbs of solid fat already.
    But what could i take just to speed up fat loss?,cause my gear is on the way and i can't stop that, i'll just hold on to it buy a book on steroids and increase my knowledge.
    But in the meantime what would be a good potent supplement that could help me cut the fat a little quicker, i know it still all comes down to my diet and training which is on point. Thnx for such speedy replys guys, those were really appreciated
