newbie here d bol help???
hi going back to lifting. was big in highschool 20 yeaR s ago. now 37 years old. i was just gonna buy some d bol and take like 15mg a day for like 30 days. all i want is a boost to start then thats all. my question is will i do any long term damage to my liver or anything else by doing this? any help great thanks

Have you already started working out? if so how long? I recommend going to the gym and working and getting results first before taking anything. IMO 15mg dbol will not do much for you except mess up your own natural test production

i agree with kfrost wokrout hard and have a good diet before you use steroids , 15 mg also wont do much for you, if you decide to use dbols and not listen to us up the dose maybe to 20-25 mg to start and take some milk thistle for liver support as well as other support supps but i wont get into those right now

im 5 10 233lbs. i am more looking to just start lifting again and put some mass on fast so i stick with it. i know to that 15mg a day is not alot but i am more worried about bad side affects than anything.
or let me say this:::
is there a steroid that i should take with low side effects just to get going? i know d bol works but want no bad effects or as little as possible. let me know thank you

I knew a guy who was about your size and jumped into HGH right off the bat... worked for him.
There are no steroids though without side affects.

d-bol makes u hold a lot of water so u will feel real bloated if u have excess bf u feel horrible yes u will gain in strength. if ur not ready for sides then your not ready for anabolics.have u thought about any pct?

ok to clear my question better,,
which steroid should i take not to add weight but to just add strength and cut? i have the size now not the definition i want. any help great and i am very serious..
i am not looking to get hugh or super cut, i just need something to get me going so i see results and stick with it. what do i need? help?

IMO, you need to do a lot more research then you will be more knowledgeable before you decide to take anything. You mentioned your main concern being the side effects, you can do a lot more damage to yourself by taking something incorrectly. Start reading about the beginner cycles and go from there.

50mg d-bol ed with a good pct may work for u and a good diet alot of people wont recomend d-bol only cycles due to its toxic to your liver but there are things out there to aid your liver.

Yeah, it will do something, set your wallet back about $40-$50. Anyone here, with any experience, will recommend that you start working out and dieting before you start taking anything. If you dont have it in you to go to the gym, or eat right, on your own, no supplement or drug will help you. Any benefit will be short term, if any at all...

well i think i will just buy a hgh and start to ft again. i know nothing will help if you dont help yourself so i will just try a hgh to boost my energy. any input on a good hgh?????

Go to the suppplement section of the forum. you will get some good advice over there on supplements that will boost your energy. The best boost for energy is a faster metabolism, which you can control by diet. Good luck and welcome to the forum.
