Anyone have this problem?
Alright ever since i started bulking i got this problem...When i sleep i usually sleep with my arm under my pillow. For the last 2 weeks ive woken up like 5 times a night with my arm falling asleep and hurting.Slept like this my whole life and after the last 20lbs just started doing this. Is there any reason you think the mass can result in this problem. Just wondering nothing to really do with gear...

Happens to me almost every night. It is because my bicep is bigger now, and cuts off the circulation to the rest of my arm.

Nothing like waking up in teh middle of the night to a numb arm, never realized how heavy they are untill you have to lift your own off your face.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that happens to. I was starting to wonder if I had some circulatory disorder lol.

Not a gear issue, I get this all the time too. Too much weight is compressing your brachial artery, shutting down the blood flow like when you are on the toilet to long and your rest your elbows on your knees and your feet fall asleep. Solution = sleep on your back

I have the same problems, though I found out that I had a pinched nerve in my upper back. I went to the chiropractor a few times and all was better. I figure it was from shrugs or shoulder presses.
