yea definately stay at 400 dont think cuz u dont feel it u need to bump it up the half life is long so it takesa while to build up but when it does it all hits u at once...i didnt notice much until day 6 or 7 when i jumped up to 600 and then it all hit me then i had 4 days of hell until it cleared back out....dnp is nasty stuff mang

Yeah, definitely. When you don't dose properly, the active levels will build up much faster then they should. I'd recommend taking each dosage for 5 days before increasing it. If you move too fast (for example, taking 600mg/day by day 6 like Haro), then there's a good chance that you'll experience hell in exchange for your lack of patience.

DNP can be nasty stuff if you overdo it. With the right dosage, though, it'll still have a profound effect with minimal sides.
