pin size
i know 23g is recommended and 1-1/2 inch pins are too...for glutes.. but i was givien about 100+ syringes and pins for free that are 1cc syringes and 5/8 pins... would these still be okay to use... or do i just need to go buy some pins?... what are the consequences for using smaller pins.?
thanks.

if you wish to use those 5/8" pins, you should not use them for glutes...will not get deep enough into the muscle in such a thick skinned, 'fatty' area...also, an abcess may occur due to the poor absorbtion
you should be ok with using them for delts, provided you insert all the way and have relateively low bf%
also, you can use them for bis/tris

i know they're cheap... i just got them for free.---
... but i already shot twice at glutes... i have these big ass knots in my ass that hurt... but it wont happen again.... its not biggy right?... for now.. is there a higher risk for an abcess/infection since it was onl y 5/8th pin?
