It is suggested that 3000mgs ed is the optimum dose for lossing bf and liver protection. I take 2000mgs ALA ed. 1000mgs after lunch, 1000mgs after dinner. Works wonders bro! Totally recommend it!

If you use the more potent, natural, "r-ALA" you only need 600mg/day for optimum liver healing qualities. That's according to Dr Berkson who wrote the book on ALA. You should also be using Tyler Liver detox not milk thistle.

1000mg each, If you look at a local vitamin store, you can usually find the extract version, which will have higher dosages===1 pill having 1000mg, otherwise, the normal dosage is like 250-350mg/pill. I just like getting it over with 2 pills daily.
