I dont have bastro water to my mixing of PG2a, can I take some water put in a plastic container and microwave it and just draw from there, or will it not be sterile?

I also have "opti-free" eye solution. The stuff that you place your contacts in, disinfects, cleans and rinses it says. Would this work as well?
