ok. i hate to be redundant, but i want to ask one last time, just for peace of mind.

will .50 mg/day of letro suffice for any estrogen related problems throughout my cycle??

cycle looks like this: cyp 800mg/wk
decca 600mg/wk
dbol 50mg/day for first 5 weeks

also...how much milk thistle should i take with this for liver protection while taking the orals??

0.5 mg ed should be fine, if it's not just take another .25mg/ml more till you suppress estrogenic/progesteronic effects that may occur. Everyone's body is different and reacts differently. Some may not need it at all with those some may need more. I think your in the safe range with 0.5mg/day but have more on hand "just in case".
