    First Cycle

    Hey guys this is my first cycle and everyone here seems to know what they are talking about so if I could get some help that would be amazing. Im 21, 6'1 and weigh 180 my body fat is at about 11 percent. Im looking for a stack that would give me alot of lean muscle and a nice core. I want the lean athletic track look. I wrestled and played football all throughout highschool and have been lifting on and off for years recently about 1 year constant. I already have some winny ***ot on the way so that is in my stack and Ive heard that you shouldnt take winny without a test. So if i could get some suggestions on what to use with it that would be awesome. Thanks

    Check out the diet forums bro, Test p would go great with winny for what your looking for due to low water retention.

    Test p 75-100mg ed weeks 1-8
    Winny 50mg ED weeks 2-8 might be nice for you.

    Test Prop for 8-10 weeks, In my opinion as a first cycle you shouldnt inject everyday due to the lack of experience with injecting and rotating sites etc, prop is fine to be shot Every other day, 500mg a week is plenty. If not keen on every other day shots, go with a longer acting ester like Test E or C which only needs to be shot twice a week but might have a lil more water with them. Run the winny from week 2-8 50mg a day like jackman said. Make sure you have some nolva and or letro on hand in case of sides and have your PCT worked out before you start. Good luck

    Every beginners cycles must incoporate either test e or c. So u were right u need a test to stack with other compounds.

    shouldnt use winny in your first cycle. Just a pure Test Prop 500mg maybe add some eq but thats it.

    because test 1st time will give you excellent results on its own. save winny for next time

    hello i am new to aas and want to start acycle i have enanthate, nolvadex, hcg how and when do i take each i am 25yrs old 5-5 205pounds 13% fat
