well, if they're not domestic, why the f not?
if its oversea supplier, probably don't care about privacy, all domestic ugl sources use encryped mail, and I know yahoo mail is not encrypted. somethink fishy about that source, I wouldn't order from them personally
maybe so. Ill check into that. I guess if I send an encrypted message to the yahoo address and it goes through its all good.
its goes through but problem is that his email is not encrypted
typically if you are sending to someone with a non encrypted service it will say "You are sending to a non encrypted recipient, are you sure?" sumthin like that. Or it will have a test question and answer for it to go through..
I wouldnt even go near him.... Anyone remember the transcript of the inditement against Qv, Denkall, etc, and all the other mex suppliers... The email addresses they had listed were @yahoo.com's and other free email services like that which arent encrypted... I wouldn't give a shit if the yahoo account was encrypted, those big publicly traded companys have too much to lose and will cooperate with LE in a heartbeat... Risk not worth the reward in this case..
My guy doesnt use an encrypted account, and I just email him from my hotmail...
but he's in china an im in england so neithr of us need to worry...if you're not in a cool country i'd go with someone who takes security more seriously
bump.... never can be too safe..! imo
If the source or supplier doesn't use encrypted email than i won't use them, no matter how reputable or good they were.
Take this kind of business seriously bro, nothing to take lightly with especially if you live in the states.

A good source wont even reply to you, if you dont use encrypted mail. Stay the hell away from those guys IMO.
My old powder source had a yahoo account in china. He was top notch. Then i found someone cheaper.
I know good sources that use both. They will have an encrypted email (such as hushmail or cyber rights) for those of us that take that precaution. They will also have a yahoo or something alike for those of you who dont take that precaution. If they are out of the country they really dont care it may not be illegal where they are from. Thats on you. Now if that is all they offered as a contact was a yahoo or something then I wouldnt deal with them...period.
as long as they are not american who cares!
If you are into that kind of business, I don't see why you would use a un-secure email address. You can get a secure email address for free and be that little bit more safer just incase. Anyone with 5 brain cells that is into this kind of business and does it on permenant bases will use a secure email address.

Anyone know about securenym.net? It says its secure on their homepage but when I sent an email from hushmail it said it wasn't encrypted.
Perhaps there is a option where you tick "encrypt" to send encrypted mail. I know cyber has that.Originally Posted by Assapopolis

i think you have to have there email addy to secure it. i had the same problem. i dont think cyber-rights and hushmail can send secure to those addies.Originally Posted by Assapopolis
You're right. Secure emails will only arrive encrypited if the reciver has a secure email address. Otherwise, for example, if you send an email from a secure email address to a hotmail address, the reciver will recive the email un-encrypted.Originally Posted by jackman22
