The trick with clen is to find out how soon your bodies receptors start to downregulate.
Do this by taking your temp before starting your clen, then day by day take your temp, as soon as you notice your temp drop down back to normal (the temp before clen was started) then you know its effectiveness is reduced greatly.
Personally when i started to take benadryl, nothing happend, temp didnt rise, no results. However when i went off clen completely for about a week, then started again, i noticed my temp slightly rise and saw some changes in physique again.
Also different dosages need to be used for different people, man i had to bump my dosage way above the recommended dosage to see results.
