so I've been slowly but surely dieting and cutting weight the sustainable gradual way. for my last 3 weeks I'm going to run an eca stack. do you guys think that prop at any dosage has a place in the last 22 days of this regimen? I would preload it for days at twice the regular dosage just so ts effective immediately. what do you think.
started at 5'7", 245, 19%
now 228 16%
used no help at all. didn't even really change my diet all that much. now my diet is perfect for cutting and am seeking advice. please weigh in. thanks in advance
