I was wondering how many pounds people expect from a first cycle, is a 30 pound possible for a first cycle of test and d-bol?

30lbs of muscle, no. 30lbs of muscle fat and water, yes.
yea i figured that but whats the average pounds someone puts on of muscle in a first cycle around 12 weeks
its all individual, ***ends on your dieting, training, recovery, dosages etc...anywhere from 10-30 pound in total (water, fat and muscle)....solid keepable gains Id say anywhere from 10-20 but like I say it is individual and diet is important.
it all d e p ends on diet and exercise on cycle, and how you respond the the gear everyone is different
the real question however is, is your PCT up to par so u can keep all of those hard earned gains
Also could because of your initial weight........
If you are 6ft and weight 140lbs, then yes 30lbs is easy to gain off of a 12 week cycle of Test and Dbol. Even 40 or 50lbs.
If you are 6ft and weight 260 (solid), then you might be gettin you hopes up for anything over 20.

40-50 pounds, thats a little far fetched....talk about being all puffed up, lol
For someone that is 6ft and weights 140lbs....they are basically skin and bones. I've seen someone go from about that weight to 205lbs in a 14 week cycle of test E, Deca and Dbol for a kickstart.Originally Posted by rugbySwoll
Not far fetched at all....I've seen it happen. And yes, he kept most of it because of a good PCT and intense post cycle workout. I couldn't believe how much he was gaining so fast but he was and people were definitely noticing the weight gain....it was obvious
idk about 50lbs thats some heavy stress. id say the average is 10-25 i gained 18 with a low calorie diet and kept 10lbs

read my post more clearly about the starting weight/height and ending weight/height. It's very possible.
gained 18lbs with a low calorie diet and kept 10? Maybe the low calorie "diet" was your problem. When you bulk, you are definitely not on a "diet". You want to eat as much protien and Carbs to sustain growth as possible. And I'm not talking Fat calories like Mcdonald's, but quality food to grow off of.
when i first started lifting hard i was about 18. i did an intense 12 week program with my roomate who had been lifting for about 4 years. i started out at about 140 and by week 12 i was about 170...this was without juice. i used creatine and upped the calories and protein intake way up. if youve never lifted in your life and youre just starting out, the first few months youre gonna see incredible gains. after the 12 week program it became really difficult to put size on and strength gains started to level out.
my first cycle i gained 33 kept about 20 to 23. It all ***ends on the person.
I find i can usually keep at least 1639 posts from a first cycle of Test and Dbol LoL
most will put on 6-8lbs of LBM when dieting properly on aas.. rest is just water/fat/glycogen
advanced lifters are lucky to put on 8lbs of muscle a YEAR natty
That sounds a bit more realistic to me.Originally Posted by taiboxa
