    Hitting a nerve?

The other day i did a shoulder injection (in my left shoulder) and i think i hit a nerv, i pushed the needle a little deeper though. There was a slight pain in the area for just a second.. now after 2 days i feel slight numbling in my left arm, below the elbow and on my fingers. It is quite weat feeling but i can tell its an unusual one.
Did i screw myself up or it will go away?

it will heal, im currently doing synthol on my biceps and that happens to me often, when you feel the twitch just dont keep going in, bring it out slightly and inject.

There's all sorts of tough areas, scar tissue, etc that you can hit in your shoulder, especially when u do alot of injections, sometimes, actually often my whole delt twitches as i inject the needle. Sometimes this causes pain as well. From my understanding hitting a nerve is quite different, and there are few nerves, if any, in your shoulder. Hitting a nerve is an excrutiating, amazingly intense pain, happens more often when u do leg injects.

If I hit a nerve in the leg, how long would the pain last? I did an injection in my leg a day ago and it is killing me today. Just prayin its not an infection
