I'm about 280lbs and I'm trying to get down to about 260lbs. Howvever, I have already dropped about 30lbs and alot of strenght with it. I have not cycled anything for about 2 years and just got some var and deca. I was thinking of taking 400mg a week of deca and 40-50 mg of var 5 to 6 days a week. I'm not trying to get huge but would like to harden up a bit. I plan to keep doing cardio at least 4 days a week for 20-30 minutes and I usually lift for about 1.5 hours 5 days a week. Does this mix sound good or is there something else I should throw in the mix like omni 250 at 250mg a week? just curious for advice.
