    Looking for advice

    I'm about 280lbs and I'm trying to get down to about 260lbs. Howvever, I have already dropped about 30lbs and alot of strenght with it. I have not cycled anything for about 2 years and just got some var and deca . I was thinking of taking 400mg a week of deca and 40-50 mg of var 5 to 6 days a week. I'm not trying to get huge but would like to harden up a bit. I plan to keep doing cardio at least 4 days a week for 20-30 minutes and I usually lift for about 1.5 hours 5 days a week. Does this mix sound good or is there something else I should throw in the mix like omni 250 at 250mg a week? just curious for advice.

    I'm currently about 16-18 %body fat but would like to get down to about 10-11% also

    Change your diet. Deca or var isnt going to harden you up if your bf is high still

    since the first 30lbs loss I have been on a better diet than before. So you are say that the mix will not help assist me

    diet.. if ur diet is in check.. ur str loss wont be so drastic when dieting.

    I don't like Deca for cutting, but like everyone stated above. Its ALL about the diet...you can bulk or cut on just about any compound.

    what was your past cycle experience? how many cycles have you done, and of what doses and lengths, this will help us determine some cycle ideas we can suggest

    post up your diet too so we can pick that apart for you too.....lolol

    I always include test in any cycle. Maybe 250mg a week of test and var with arimidex daily to keep estrogen at bay and to avoid water bloat. the decreased estrogen should help with the fat loss. Not a real big deca fan unles injured it messes with my libido too much.

    Diet,diet,diet...keep your cardio program but try to keep @ minimun of 30 mints,keep your gear for latter when you are ready for it.

    DECA best for cutting! its strong and bloats ya!
    my joints fall apart when i cut deca make them happy again!
    but i could also just eat 2-3 bags of beef jerky a day and get the same effect
