    Something to add with cycle?

    I am currently taking Deca at 300mg week and Test Cyp at 500mg a week. I am in to my 4th week and my muscles seem like they aren’t able to keep up with the workout. I am eating right and taking lots of protein, but something is missing. Does anyone have any suggestions for something else I can take to help my mussels feel better and maybe increase my results from my cycle?

    Your gear hasn't kicked in yet, I don't start feeling the deca/test till around week 5, your almost there. GL

    If this is your first cycle that is the absolute maximum you want to take. Deca takes an extremely long time to start really working its magic and so does test E. Ussually it will be 5-8 weeks before you really start getting their benefits.

    your question is too vague "They cant keep up" wtf does that mean?
    just because ur on gear doesnt mean u can workout excessively.. infact my training regiment is the same on and off of aas. they arent magic.
    im curious
    post ur diet and ur training split then further help will be given.

    So is mine....I move up in weight or rep's (which ever is needed) as I can regaurdless of on cycle or off....
