Well.., I think for winny to be effective by itself U need 50 mg/day!
Clomid can be used, but I donīt think it is nessecary after winny alone. But take it for 2 weeks and u are on the safe side.
If you do not plan to stack it then at least get some otc joint support supplement

If you do winny alone get some glucosomine for joint relief (lubrication) and clomid post cycle. But it's definately better to stack. No more risk of side effects....more permanent gains if you do things correctly. No flame bro but I think you need to read a bit more...we can help but you obviously need more ammo. Everything you need is on this site. Also it would help if you gave us stats (age, hieght, wieght) how long training, what your diet is like and what your goals are.
What is otc joint support and where do you get it?
OTC stands for "over the counter" as in a suppliment shop or health food store. A good joint support suppliment would be glucosomine which helps to lubricate and protect the joints.
what is the going rate for winny these days? i have never done it but i am thinking about throwing it into my stack with eq and cyp. what is an average price for a cc of winny???
For joints, go with MSM. You can get it at GNC. It starts working a lot faster than chondroitin or glucosamine.
