    DECA and SUST....little help please

    I want to start a cycle with them soon. Can someone help me out on how to do a good cycle. This is my first, just want to get some good mass and some strength.

    Need more info about you bro, but a real simple place to start for a 1st or 2nd cycle is 400mg of deca a week and 500mg of sustanon a week.... Inject on mondays and thurdays....
