I have recently done a mild course and didin;t do good enough PCT and now have small gyno lump in right niple.As i woke up one day at around wk 5 after cycle with puffy nipple.

I used 2.5mg of Letro per day for 70 days had ultra sound at the lump was around 8mm width and then tryed Raloxifene which I stareted the day i stopped Letro I then used 120mg of Evista (Raloxifene) ED for 3 weeks as I was advised by others at gym and a local Doc that Raloxifene had gotten rid off alot of gyno for 10 guys and I was 1 0f 10 that Raloxifene didn't work for! I then stopped Raloxifene, a week later my Gyno lump has doubbled in size is this due to rebound effect from Letro or Raloxifene?????

can you get rebound of estrogen when using letro off cyle??

I have been squeezing the lump a bit and shit as I am very paranoid about it will this make the gyno lump grow???Could this be why???

PLEASE HELP GUYS WHAT should I do?? should I go back on Letro and start Binos reversal using Letro???

yes you can get rebound with letro. run letro with nolva and drop the letro before you drop the nolva. run the nolva for 10-20 days more and that should solve rebound problem.

I have been of gear for 4 months and hadn't been on cyle since when i first started Letro! So you can get rebound when not taking gear and using Letro?

I finished using Letro then used Raloxifene which is second generation SERM for 3 wks once I stopped the Letro I used the Raloxifene so why has my gyno got worse??????????????????

what should I do now im not taking anything and am worried about gyno getting worse should I start Letro again or ???????????????

Estrogen rebound can occur whether you're on or not...if you suppress your body's estrogen levels low enough, when the inhibitor is stopped, there can be a rebound regardless of whether you're on or not.

You sound as though you may be very sensative to estrogen and it's related side effects...best advice I can give you at this point is to give Bino's gyno thread another look...if that doesn't help, your only option may be surgery. It sounds as though you are already under doctor's care for this...continue to do so and hopefully you can come to a remedy for your problem.

Sharpskn thnaks for the advice I am guessing that as I had my estrogen supressed for 60 to 70 days i got rebound but would that rebound be enough to make my gyno worse? as it has grown twice as big as it was???

Sharpskn how can I remedy this problem in future as I was planning to go on another cycle as I had only done a very mild short cycle (6 wks) and again thats how I got the initial gyno, so what is the answer to stopping this rebound effect do I have to use a SERM for longer or ??

So where does this leave me if I want to do another cycle with stronger AS ??

yeah thats what i'd do. i'm in the same boat as you, i have a very small gyno lump behind my nipple..currently running 2.5mg letro a day but to no avail..only been on one week tho so maybe it'll work soon.

gyno is ghey. just glad mine is so small no ones noticed it.

Yeah its pissing me off cos my lump was quite small as i used Letro once i noticed the areola getting puffy but since stopping the Letro and using the Raloxifene for 3 wks it has doubbled in size and hurts/ very sensitive so I gues i will try Binos gyno again and use SERM for longer and hope like hell i don't get rebound again and make it worse!
