sust/omna painful?

I just did my first omandren injection this morning, and it was painless. All I ever hear is that it hurts like a bitch. Does it start to hurt later, or should I be worried about my Omna being fake. Why would you fake Omna when you could fake Sust.

Help please.

Some people experience pain because of the inclusion of test prop in the blend. Others report no pain. I used sust and felt no pain at all.

Some times the next day u'll get a charlyhorse but thats about it for me.
