Arimidex questions??

Hey fellas!!
I just bought my arimidex today OTC in india. It is a box of 28 tabs of 1 mg each. It has got a information page with it. Few things were stated in it which i did not understand. Please explain these as i could not find them on boards even after searching.

Single dose oral anastrozole 1mg

Peak plasma concentration - 13.7 ug/l
Time Peak plasma concentration - 2 hours
Time to steady state - 9-10 days
Main Route of elimination - Hepatic metabolism
Elimination Half-Life - 40.6 hours (Thought it was 48 hours)

Also i am confused about the dosage of arimidex through out my upcoming cycle(250mg Test E/T4/EC/Sibutramine/Finasteride) for 8 Weeks-10 weeks to lose fat. I am planning to get a blood tests for free test, Test and estrogen levels, lipid profile, thyroid, liver and kidney tests before starting. How can i decide what dosage suits after looking at my estrogen levels. I read all kinds of recommendations. (.25 - 1 mg ED/EOD/E3D/1mg twice a week.) As my cycle is a mild one what dosage should i start at?? Also after week 8 shall i continue with my arimidex dosage for two more weeks Upto PCTas my blood still has test E in it.

i would go with .25mg/day (cut your tablets into quarters)...u are running a mild cycle...only 250mg test/wk?....also, yes continue running the arimidex all the way to the end of pct...good luck

Seems like it may be human grade Arimidex, expensive stuff. I only know about the Astra Zeneca Arimidex, not any other human graded Arimidex.

I'd go with 0.5-1.0mg/ED or EOD with that cycle.

Well it is from Cytomed(Alkem laboratories Ltd.) called Altraz. Yes astrazeneca was an option but was very costly because of the brand name as told by the seller. Cytomed was the first company in india which made its generic arimidex from the first step.

Personally, I think ADex is an awesome compliment and you will like it. It is important to start out light and increase your doseage as needed. For me, I would increase my doseage if I was retaining water or more importantly, feeling any potential gyno symptoms. As you read, it takes some time to get your blood concentration levels up. Another option in the future is L-Dex.

i think i am prone to gyno. I generally hold lot of water. i had itchy/puffy nips in the past even without using gear. I was really fat then. It went away itself. I do get puffy nips when i bulk sometimes. I want to be careful and get the blood tests done(estrogen/Test) to know where i stand. It seems .5mg EOD would be a good dosage through out the cycle if i bloat or get puffy nips.

Shall i get blood test done half way through the cycle?
After week 8 shall i continue with my arimidex dosage for two more weeks Upto PCTas my blood still has test E in it?

Read the various PCT protocols. I use Adex into my pct. Obviously body fat is something to consider. I start out at .5 eod when using Sus250 - 500mg week. As it builds, I can feel the sensitivity starting and I will bump to .5 ed or 1mg eod. For me, I can feel it. I prefer not to use it if I don't have the sides, but I always have it ready. To really help further, you should lay down your stats here so we can get an idea of where you are at. YOu know the drill....age, exp, weight, height....cycles.....doseage....

Experience - 3 years solid training. Have Dieted down from 120Kgs down to 72Kgs and bulked back to 92Kgs
Weight - 200 pounds
Height - 5'10
cycles - None before
