    1st cycle ?

    Im 26, 6'0, 185, 15% bf. Im about to do a cycle of test-e 400mg a week for either 8 or 10 weeks not sure yet I have all my gear though, I have test-e, arimidex, hcg, and clomid how should I take this stuff, and how much should I expect to gain? How much should I expect to keep?

    15% is pretty high for your height and weight. How's your diet and training program look? Not trying to flame but I want to make sure you're on the right track before you start your cycle.

    I dont know if im 15% for sure im guessing, my diet is very clean no fast food only eggs, protein shakes, ham and turkey sandwiches etc home food, I lift all the time but cant seem to gain weight I think it's because I do so much cardio, I fight train boxing, wrestling, jiu-jitsu.

    I can tell you right now that you're not eating enough to grow muscle. Trust me, you'll be wasting your juice if you're not eating right. I know from experience. Spend a little time in the diet section and you'll know what to eat in order to gain lean body mass. Don't start injecting until you figure it out.
    If you're only running test at 400mg/week you should run it for 10 or 12 weeks. All you need for pct is nolva and your amiridex. Look in the pct section as well. Let me know if you have any diet or pct questions after you do a bit of reading.

    I am eating enough I stuff myself about 6-8 times a day and take two protein shakes, between my two protein shakes alone Im getting about 1800 calories and 120 grams of protein. Also I just put a picture on here of myself but I dont see it

    if you can not brake down you diet and work out. most likely there no in check and need to be reviewed. I would start there before doing any thing.
