Gear to Heal Tendons (Tendonosis)?
What's up board,
I have pretty bad tendonosis (not tendonitis) which is a bunch of micro tears in my forearm tendons. Had it for about 6 weeks now and tryed everything i.e. kept off it, massage, diet, sleep, everything from A-Z.
This is going to be a long road to recovery. Needless to say I'm disheartened because I'm losing upper body strength and size.
Is there any gear (not hgh or igf) that will help repair tendon strength? If so, what are the fastest ones? Any orals? I'm looking to heal this as fast as possible.
Any input appreciated.

physio! You will not get rid of it if you haven't figured out the cause. I had it for about a year and am just getting over it. For me the cause was bending my wrists doing certain activities at work. I had to get used to doing all heavy lifting and jarring activities with my wrists in a neutral position as to not put any strain on my tendons.
