really think we should share our body type (a description of metabolism, bone structure, and maybe ecto endo ****morph descritions) what kind of training (what rep range, failure techniques, statics, negatives, routines, etc made you grow the most) finally what drugs (cycles, fat burners, etc) made your system grow the most.
ultimitealy what i am trying to see is if we all describe our bodytypes and what drugs, work out regimines, maybe even food intake maybe we could see patterns in what seems to work best for certain body/metabolism types in terms of muscle growth.
