Thread: First time steroid user.

    Thumbs up First time steroid user.

    I been working out for roughly about 5 months now. I am 23 years old, I weight in at 250lbs, 6ft' 4", I would like to lose 20 Ibs at least, people say I'm not fat but nothing is ever good enough for me.

    I have Deca-50 - 600Mg - 2 pills daily, &
    Winstrall-V 2875Mg - 2 pills daily.

    I am a little weary of the Mg's being much higher then what is being offered on the site, any idea?

    if you're just trying to lose weight.. you can do that with diet alone... or you can just use clen/eca stack

    lol... 2 deca pills eh? Those don't sound like real nandrolone deconate and winstrol. Even if they were, 5 months is a little short to even be looking into chemical enhancement.

    If I'm not mistake, the Deca capsules are too lose weight, and the winstrall-V is to gain weight. You know, gain the muscle as you cut the muscle. One of my buds at the gym recommend it but hasn't been around lately for me to ask.

    Is the dosage too high?

    5 months is too short to start aas, and losing weight comes down to diet and cardio not drugs. I also believe that what you have are not real steroids.

    How long should someone work out until going to the next step? I feel as if I'm at my peak, and dieting don't work for me. I love food ;p

    You've been working out for 5 months and you think your at your peak? Roids arn't going to burn off your fat, there a dieting AID , I use roids when cutting because I can go real low calorie and do excessive cardio without having to worry about my body catabolizing my muscles and even gain some.

    I have been looking at the ingredients on the label, they all seems to be regular ingredients you can buy at a vitamin store, seems like this is fake.

    It was actually a gift from someone who was scared to take it. I guess it's garbage, still interested in something to cut me up though.

    Only thing thats going to do it is cardio at least every other day and eating between 200-500 calories less than what it takes to maintain your weight. You can take things to accelerate your metabolism like Clen(the one from ARR and not the roid store) but you eat like crap and its not going to make a diffrence.

    I guess I will go back to taking Creatine, I ate like I normally do and lost weight.

    I just seem to weight this way and it fluctuates, but the muscle and my shoulders and chest are somewhat cut. There are big guys in the gym and I know there are not natural. so, I need that edge. I know someone who has worked out for 6 months on roids compared to someone who has worked out for 4 years. The difference is not even funny.

    i never said to stack them.... i suggested clen or eca stack.... thats "/" whas replacing the or..... and im prettty sure i suggested diet first... ........... and hes asking about drugs obviously.. or he would have started in the diet section so chill out...

    you've actually got it backwards, Deca is a mass building compound while, Winni is a cutting hardening compound. Those arent' the real stuff. You want the actual injections of Deca and Winni, dont fall for that cleverly marketed stuff that says "Dietary Supplement" on the side of the bottle. C'mon bro be a lil bit smart here. Newho U need alot more research and get some more know how. But yeah try some OTC stuff and see if that works out ok before u come over to the dark side

    diet and cardio. once u get desired bf% than u can make up a clean bulkin diet and go for it.

    Sorry bro but ever since i joined med school, I must say that DIET has almost nothing to do with the way you look and that its all on your genetics. I know people who eat fat foods and never get fat, i know fat people who diet ALONE and don't get skinny. GENES Brother. But I do agree with your clen/eca stack(which of course is good when ur off clen).

    i hope this is a joke,

    yes genes do play a role in how you look if left un-trained and un-dieted. but your knowledeg along with applying hard work and perseverence has the ability to transform the nutty professor into buddy love. FACT.

    it's just that the majority of people know nothing about training and diet and then blame their genetics for their terrible shape.

    There is so much mis information in this thread it is a joke. If you don't know what you are talking about please refrain from giving advice to new people especially when they are considering jumping on gear.

    Diet and cardio are THE two most important factors in a fat loss plan. AS would be used in a cutting diet by advanced bodybuilders who wish to retain as much muscle as they can while cutting fat, especially for contest prep. After 5 months of training I would be suprised if you have much muscle to retain anyway. AS will not help you lose the fat. There are compounds out there that can aid fat loss but I would like to see your diet and training regimen before reccomending them. I am willing to bet both are way off the mark, but I would be happy to give some pointers if you can take the time to post the diet and training info.
