    quick feed back please

    ive read the educational theads among others on insulin but i still have a few quick question. i have 30gauge 5/16" neddles that hold 3/10cc. is that to small or would it be ok. second is i know about the different areas to inject but do you inject it the same way as juice or at an angle or what? are you still suppost to draw back to make sure your not in a vein? and third, does anyone have any types of food/drink that they prefer right after a slin shot? im starting my slin tomarrow so i would really appreciate some input. thanx,

    I use 29'g but 30 is good to.I inject into my stomach pinch a little skin and go in side ways.I usally go buy a case of card force and drink a halk of seving. or I shoot it 10min before I work out and eat a bag of mm's
    It gives me a really good pump.

    from what i know you dont shoot insulin in the muscle.
    you do it in the skin and use insulin pins

    i htink you need to research more...
    If you don aspirate and inject into a vein you ll have about 1.5 mins to save your life....

    yeah i know, thats why i was asking how do you make sure your not in a vein, all the threads say where to inject but not how to make sure your not in a vein

    took my first slin shot today. everything went real smooth, i have to say i was scared as shit but i got through it. because im using humilin r and it takes longer to get out of your system, im thinking about taking my shot before i workout tomarrow so by the time im done lifting and get home i wont have to wait as long. plus i was told the pump you get is insane. well just wanted to let everyone know i made it through my first slin shot. peace

    since im taking humilin r and its in your system for about 4-6 hours. can i take it about an hour before i lift. ive been taking it about 15mins before i lift with no problem. oh yeah and if anyone know the answer to my question above this one to. thanx
