    Question what is a good way to avoid ***ression after cycle?

    getting near the end and want to avoid the ***ression.

    Well that should be caused by the lack of Test in your body or I have heard some people say clomid but that has never been the case for me. So I would say the quicker you recover the less ***reason you will have. In my experience Trib has helped while doing PCT or a Test booster stack. For more information on PCT go to the PCT forum.

    I don't think there is a perfect answer to avoid it but the key is to keep it to a minumum. A good PCT that will minimize your catabolic state that you go through when you come off is a must. Make sure you continue to work out but cut back on frequency. I always get a little endorphin high from a work out. Another thing I do is start to plan my next cycle so I have something to look forward to. GL

    Use an AI and a SERM. Too much estrogen can make you feel down.

    Some people deal with ***sression or anxiety, some people dont. Silverback nailed it on the head; its caused (hormonally) from too much estrogen and/or not enough test in your body. Tribulus is good, ive read around 2g? (research that though) helps stimulate natty test production. But what i've found to work the best is try not to even think about it. Keep lifting regularly, do things you enjoy doing, just dont dwell on it or life will suck, trust me! Its all in your head, and once your body hits normal again, it will all go away. That's if you even get ***ression post cycle.

    to avoid ***ression, keep you work outs just as intense as it was , back when you were on your gear and mentally youll do good untill your next cycle.
