Okay I have some 40mcg clen, I was just wondering how many tabs of ephedrine (20mg per tab--Xenadrine, etc..) would be equal to one tab of clen.

Different mechanism so you really can't say what amount equals another amount.

I would take 8 .02 clen tabs a day for 2 weeks and then 8 Xenadrines a day the following two weeks. I have a pretty high tolerance for Ephedrine and caffiene though. I would suggest taking an ECA starting at the begining dosages and working up to where it is not really comfortable from the sides and then backing down a little. Watch the BP on both Clen and ECA bro.

Also, Ephedrine and Clen are both bronciodialators so they are similar in function but slightly different in action.
