    enough?

    would a 6 week cycle of test C at 250 mg 2xW put me up to about 185 from 177 with the proper diet and intense training not including water weight

    No, it is a long ester and needs to be ran a minimum of 10wks. Please do more research.

    Proper diet and intense training without aas can add 8 pounds to you imo.

    Your goal can easily be accomplished naturally.

    12 to 14 weeks would be text book.

    If you are going to run only 6 weeks, you need short esters.

    8lbs is reasonable expectation.

    But we need stats and you obviously need a litte more base knowledge yet that people here will expect you to research and learn on your own.

    But I am with Ghost here. . .(and Tai) get your protein intake up to about 250-300ish a day, get your macros right (I am TERRIBLE person to answer diet questions, I struggle with that myself) and train.

    If you eat decent now and have stopped growing then two things:

    1) increase calories
    2) Try some new workout routines and methodologies to shock your body back into growing.
