which one for me
hey guys im new to this whole thing and really want to get off the mark with the right stuff........i dont want any injections...im young aged 20 and 6'1''
what product is a good one to start off on and get serious muscle gains that look ripped

How about creatine and a nitric oxide supp? That sounds like a good place to start.

I don't know about any product for you to use but you may want to spend time in the diet and training forums on here as they are filled with good info. How about some other stats such as weight BF and training experience.

how about good diet, proper training and adequite rest and recovery? A whey protein powder is always good...guys in the diet section could help you alot if you mapped out ure diet for them.

6'1'' height
185lbs weight
i train on my home gym and have taken creatine and a NO2 products.....i have a high protein diet and supplement it with shakes...

At 6'1" you should be able to get to 210 WITHOUT steroids....you need to learn how to eat to grow, and then learn how to lift to grow!! 2 years of lifting in your home is NOTHING.
Post up your lifting routine also...Do you do Legs?? do you squat? do you Deadlift?
My thoughts are you need MUCH more education on these things first.
so check out the DIET section for BULKING diets, and also the lifting section for workouts that will make you GROW !!
