    Bunch of questions

    Hello everyone. This is a long one but I hope someone can give me the right advice and answers to the questions. I play hockey and need to put 10-15lbs on this off season and work on my speed and explosion. Im 5'10" 182lbs. I work out 5 days a week and have never cyed before. I am trained from June-Sept by a trainer who specializes in hockey training. I will be random tested up to 3 times from September to April. Eq/prop has been said to be the way to go. I read eq id not good because of its period in the system. What would prop by itself do? What gains can you keep as far as weight/strngth from just prop? Is there a better cycle for me? Also, how dangerous is it to take any cycle if Im on adderall for adhd? I cant find any info on the 2 together. Thanks for reading this. Good luck

    I have coached at all levels (pro, junior, and youth) and I am telling you not to use the juice. You are an adult so do what you will. You need to focus on your diet and sleep. Your trainer is probably having you do alot with your core strength which is what you need to be doing. Wait to use as when you are all done playing. Since you are going to be tested and you are new to the game I wouldn't mess around with getting caught. The hockey world is a small world and all of coaches talk. So don't take the risk of being know as that guy. Good luck
