    question about sustanon

    I have heard from people all different things about sustanon and I just want to get the facts.. If you train hard enough and eat right, can you gain 20 pounds taking sustanon? Once your off sustanon, if you continue to eat right and train hard, how much of that weight can you expect to lose?

    you can gain 20lbs off sust yeah, doesn't mean u will..if ur 120lbs 6ft u might gain 40lbs, if ur 200lbs and 6ft u might gain 15

    if u gain 20lbs maybe keep 15lbs. might gain 25 and keep 20 if ur lucky....its all individual

    ok, soo its pretty good for putting on weight.. if taken, is an 8 week cycle good or does anyone suggest something else.. also if taken for just one cycle, are the side effect bad or are there any

    Include a good pct and you will keep more of your gains. With no pct you may loss most of your gains.

    I am 23yrs old, 5'11 only about 148 150 pounds.. I just got back into training but i workout 6 days a week with sunday off, usually close to 2 hrs a workout..     at 5'11 you should be at a better natural base.... like 170 at the minimum... u can gain 15 pounds naturally in 10 weeks with a good diet and ur training, i would also suggest more resting periods than just sunday... unless u do a different muscle group for 6 days a week...

    run 125mgs eod. i'd recommend running a 10-12 week cycle minimum.
