    AS and training prioritization

    Evening all

    Question for you.

Can you prioritize body parts when on AS?

I would like to add that iam 6'1 and seem to have long limbs. But good growing bodyparts seem to grow like ****s

For exmple for me [esppecially],my Chest ,sort of the same, but not as much back and delts, respond very well to hard traing. Where as my legs and arms seem to lack behind the prevously mentioned bodyparts.

Can when on i AS prioritize my legs and arms and try to balance the growth.

fo instance train arms and legs more frequently and more intensly and train chest, delts and back less, and less intensly.

    [in a 5 day split]
I thought for the strong growers schedule 1 and a half -2 days

and for the laggers, 3 days interspersed intelligently between the other 2 days

    Has anyone tried this approach?

simple things u can do, put them first in workout would be main thing. and u dont have to be on to try and get them to grow. also, possibly its ur actual workout - sets/reps/form that could be problem

Training stimulates hypertrophy of the particular muscles trained (SAID), so regardless of wether you are 'on' or not, of course you can prioritize any body part you want to.

It does makes sense that when my body is in a spell of heightened growth to target specific areas and bring them up so to speak.
My limbs seem to be stubborn bstds and need all the encouragment they can get. They're not abysmal but if i could bring them up it would add some well needed balance to my physique, if you know what i mean.

As far as traing is concerned i have trained them once a week.
i have trained them twice[minor first then major workout] ie.Tried adding triceps to back and biceps to delts and traps. I also gave them 1days rest at least before bring them in as ancillary mucles on presses and pulls when adopting this approach

as far as actual training them.... i vary rep ranges and weight within each workout.

    its frustrating...

    what do you think??

i have a similar problem with my chest. So i've been prioritizing my chest. I 'll do chest on either monday or tuesday and then hit it again with 3 sets of flies or benching 2 other times a week

I suppose its finding the balance between not neglecting good growers and blitzing the problem areas.
