For a first cycle, you should check out the beginner's cycle information on the home page. You could do a Test only, E or C, 500mg/wk and it should give you a good idea how your body will respond. What are your goals? IMO, you should try to get up to about 150-155 lbs @ 12%-14% naturally first and then decide if you want to add gear, your gains will be, and look, a lot better. I have a buddy that was about your size, and his body fat went a good bit higher to about 20%.
