    First cycle

    Hi everybody.Just a little curious about what should i use for my 1st cycle my age= 27 weight=147lbs B.F=15to18% height=5"3 my goal is just to get a nice bulk i have been working out for past three years try to eat 5 meals a day sometimes can't.I mostly workout in the night around 10:30 so just wanted some expert opinion on what gear to use and how much to use and what time.For PCT i will be using Nolva 20mg/day coz that is what i have.Thanks in advance

    Test E or C should be your first cycle, 500mg per week shot twice Mon-Thursday. I also work out late, so I come home hit the shower and inject. Make sure you read up on injection sites and proper injection Technique so you do not end up with a swelled body part and a ER trip. Your PCT kinda sucks, nova is fine but you are going to need more than that if you want to keep gains and get your body back to normal. PCT to start 14 days after last shot, reard the PCT area, Anthony's PCT looks good.

    For a first cycle, you should check out the beginner's cycle information on the home page. You could do a Test only, E or C, 500mg/wk and it should give you a good idea how your body will respond. What are your goals? IMO, you should try to get up to about 150-155 lbs @ 12%-14% naturally first and then decide if you want to add gear, your gains will be, and look, a lot better. I have a buddy that was about your size, and his body fat went a good bit higher to about 20%.

    OK so test it is but what prop,cyp,or sus.Most of them suggest deca and test so how much deca and how much test.And thaks for ur suggetions

    First cycle bro i would take Test nothing else. i would recomend Test C SOLO. then 2nd cycle stack test w/ deca or whatever you want. thats my 2 cents.
