Pre Workout Pickme Up?
Hey bros, Iv been feeling less intense in the gym lately. Was wondering what u bros use pre workout to get u goin? Thxs!!

I usually use a double espresso or an eca.
One more thing OG try throwing some LOUD tunes, whatever your pleasure is. I usually opt for Godsmack, Drowning Pool, Korn, Disturbed, Slipknot, System of a Down or Deftones. On other occasions I go with Method Man, DMX, Redman, Busta, PE, Dre, Tupac or ODB. Loud music fires up the adrenal gland and gets the blood flowing!

I slap down two Rip Fuels along with my scoop of whey and 1/2 serving of oatmeal.
Second that on the tunes. I got decibels pumpin on the way to the gym.
Roll down my window and turn the AC off so I'm already heated up when I get there.

One problem is i dont like coffee. So no caffine fer me. Unless i drink a coke. But not sure i could drink a coke and then go workout?
Any other suggestions? Thxs!!

OG, what time of the day do you work out? That seems to make a difference for me. Early morning sessions, I have no problem getting motivated... late afternoons, I have to drag my ass in there, once in there, after a few sets, I am good to go though. Music is always a good choice. And I agree...Linkin Park (their new one... Reanimation)

Rip fuel used to geek me out, it doesn't anymore for some reason. I know it's not tolerance build up because I quit taking it for a 3 month period. I actually switch up between that and Charge. Charge has a substance to counter act the jitters, and I would recommend it.

NoLimits, during the week i can only workout after work. Like 6:30 - 7'ish. Weekends i try to work out early afternoons.
Pheedno, u recommend Charge? Is it a liquid or pill? I may have to try it.
I think part of my problem is i just started dating this chick and shes making me workout 2,3 times with her.. Buuut im not complaining guys...lol

Charge is a pill form. It's the thermogenic made by Labrada, and you only have to take 1 of those

I used to drink Ripped Force before my workouts. The bottle says to sip throughout your workout but I would slam the whole thing down. I would get the shakes a bit but the energy was great.

Buy a weak ephedrine based fat burner and take 1/2 the recommended dosage, works well for me. No jitters and I get the energy boost. I wouldn't drink a coke prior to your workout as you might get an insulin spike right in the middle of your workout as it is VERY high in sugar, plus since coke is so thick personally I would boot it right up after a few sets
I take 1 pill of Twinlab's Energy Fuel and works great if I need a pick me up. The recommended dosage is 2 but I found that was too much for me.

Its easy when im on a cycle .. I just pop 50mg of dbol all at once in the parkinglot before I workout ... usually makes me feel like I should be flipping cars over in the parking lot ... But my regular routine to get ready is to throw in a past ufc tape or wwe (makes me dream I could be that big) and maybe watch it for like 5 mins to get me pissed off .. then throw in some good tunes on the way to the gym .. usually by the time I get in there im all fired up and cant wait till I hit the weights ...

i take thermadrene by sportpharma about 45 mins before my workout. the chick at the store i go to is a professional bodybuilder and she says its just like ultimate orange but like 1/3 the price. seems to do the trick for me.

personally id ont want to use eca cuss studies show that it makes your cells less sensitive to insulin . Which i need post workout. Just get a good hours of sleep. Go look at flex issues and in my expreience i do Kynoselen 50units/ L-Carnitine 50units on a slin needle and shot i.m. 20 minutes before workout and that wakes me up and gives me the boost I need.

one more thing: I open my gym at 5am, so i get there for 4 am and start my workout, and usually end the training at like 5:30am (I finish the workout while people start getting in), do you think i should shoot the kyno before i go to the gym or wait till later in the day?
