    Dealing with Dbol Back Pumps

I'm two weeks into a cycle and running dbols: http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=297023

My leg workouts have been cut short lately due to the back pumps I am getting. Those of you who have run dbols probably know what I am talking about. I have tried taking the dbol split throughout the day and also all at once prior to the workout. This didn't help.

Squats are what mainly give me problems. How do you deal with dbol back pumps?

i saw something nark posted a while back and i tried it when i was on winny and it worked pretty well inbetween sets i would lay on the ground and elevate my feet on a bench etc it'll keep the pressure off ur back. or lay down and tuck ur knees into ur chest and rock back and forth it helped quite a bit....kinda look retarded but it made my leg days doable

i do hyper extensions, they seem to help. 2-3 slow sets of 15-20 reps.

here is the cure. 1000mg potassium, 1000mg vitamin C, 500mg magnesium, 3-5 grams of taurine, and 1+ gallons of water a day. did 60mg dbol 4 weeks this cycle and not a SINGLE back pump.

The cycle before that i did 40mg a day and didnt do the above mentioned remedy and had bad back pumps.

I think if you speak this way is beacause you dont get anything as severe as many people do (me). If you have the real pumps, you cant work out you cant walk and you cant even lay in bed! you are just painfully stiff in your lower back 24/7. The only solution for me was dropping the dbol, pumps gone in 24h

Try sitting on an incline bench. Put your right arm around your back and make a first. Put your first between the bench and the right side of your lower back. Then push into your knuckles with the soft tissue of your lower back (spinal erectors). It hurts a bit right when you do this, but it really seems to help take away the pain afterwards. Then repeat with your left hand and left side of your lower back. I do this between sets of squats when I get painful back pumps and it makes things tolerable.

I get that too. Electrolytes, taken on a regular schedule, help me enough to make it through the workout, then I hit the hot tub for about 10 minutes after and that relieves the pain by about 90%. It's a little late, but the effect is amazing. Then I get home and ice it, heat pack, and ice again.
