    any good books?

    im trying to find a good step by step how to book for steroids . i havent used any yet and i want to make sure i dont screw my body up. thanks

    IF you just read EVERYTHING on this board, you will learn all you need, plus Anthony Roberts book that is advertised here is a wonderful source for information
