Glutes & Quads are possible. But why so few areas? I suspect you are running Prop as a base correct?
If so, Delts & pics are the easiest of them all to hit IMHO.

Shoulders,Chest, and Lats thats 6 easy spots u can do. Lats is probably my favorite since post injection soreness is not really a bother since I don't use my lats in my day to day activities often.

I'll probably start doing lats. I'm a bit scared about it but I'd really like to do ED.

So your hitting the same muscle twice a week with prop gear. I would imagine that would eventually become a problem.

i am currently running ED injections also. i rotate delts, glutes and quads. if i'm feeling a little frisky one day, i'll split 50 mgs of prop into each tricep for the hell of it.

A lot of people don't have too much trouble with lat injections, but unfortunately I did. I was doing fine with glutes and quads, but I wanted to try lats and I got my first and only (knock on wood) injection infection and had to get antiobiotics. I think if you work a physically demanding job and spend a lot of your day sweating, you might run the risk of getting a lat infection from all the sweat and bacteria from you armpits and what not. I suppose if you can manage to keep it clean you should be fine... just my two cents. I will be running prop this summer and I plan on going for glutes, and upper and lower quads, and probably delts. Good luck...

I've done three prop cycles (8, 14 1nd 14 weeks) and I've always just used 4 spots. Six would be better but four is fine IMO.

I would hit chest and lats.

you can safely inject every week

    5 cc each glute
    2 cc each quad
    1.5 cc each delt
    1 cc each tricep

    that's almost 19 ccs/week even at 2 ccs/day it's plenty
