    Hrt - Tnt - Anyone

ill be 33 yrs old this yr and thinking of going to get my test levels checked, along with a full physical. i never have yet.
im kinda hoping my test levels will be low enough to get hrt and hopefull get test prescibed.(hopefully$10 co-pay)
when would be the best time to go? im asuming not during a cycle!
probably after, but how long after? after clomid? before? 3 wks after?
also im not going to tell him about any of my past use.
any help or what to-dos and not to-dos is appreciated!

    Cool You rang?

About three weeks after your cycle ends. Also, get your blood drawn in the afternoon - test levels are strongest in the morning, and go down during the day.

Keep in mind that even if your levels are low at that point, your doctor would only prescribe enough for you to do about 200 mg. every week or two at the most. Therefore, you're not talking bout a cycle-length supply.

No, three weeks after stopping the test.

Any doctor will do, but those that specialize in the test replacement end of HRT are endocrinologists and, occasionally, urologists.

My guess, however, is that at 33 years old, you will not be medically approved for HRT.

Find an aggressive endo. What you really want is a script for HGH and your ancillaries. The test is not going to make much of a difference other than it is always nice to be able to throw out a script if things turn ugly. In order to get that you really need a forward thinking Doctor who understand the role of hormones in the quality of life for us older folks. I would complain of lack of sex drive, lack of energy, moodiness, and overall feeling of being lethargic. Don't be afraid to go to a different doctor if you don't like the first one.
