no doubt, jeeze why would you go into something that important not knowing how to measure? no flame, but your messing with your very existance bro...yes its measured in IU, 5, 10, etc...with hash marks inbetween so you can measure exactly 3, 4, 5, 21, 33, etc...good luck with that, and imo read up a bit moreOriginally posted by adaptations

yes each line hash is an IU be carful I have done a good couple of ins cycles. pm me if you need help with it at all
