    Newbie Stack

    I've been considering hopping on a cycle and was wondering what would be effective for my first time. My cousin did a lot of roids back in his day and said a 6 week cycle of sust and deca would be sufficient. I was thinking doing sust every third day and deca every fourth for the 6 weeks. Should I add any more or change frequency at all??

    yeah first cycle... im currently almost 21 and have been training consistently for almost 3 years

    ive done quite a bit of research and was wondering what advice i could get on improving that stack... my cousin did that stack for his first about 5 years ago and kept about 20 lbs on it and i was just seeing if i could make any additions to further my gains without going overboard.

    well like dupa stated due to your age its not reccomended but im sure your mind is made up do some research but you will hear stick to one compound if i was to do a first cycle i would probably do test e or c at 500mg wk say sundays and thursdays 250per shot

    yeah i know it would be better to stick with 1 compound for the first cycle but he has gotten great results after doing that stack and was very close with bill phillips and dan duchaine and I was just wondering since my research is that of 10 years ago if there was a better stack for a first cycle.

    everyone responds to gear differently just as everyone doesn't have the same age before they're ready for gear... i know my body really well and have pretty much hit my potential. I already outweigh any lean relative when they were at their peak by 30lbs

    sorry bro thats going to be pretty much the reponses here and its for the good its like anything we do in this world we have torealize that people who are trying to guide us in the right direction are worth listening to. what would be the purpose of doing a cycle if it s going to do more harm than good? you come here for advice and some of the best around are right here on this forum

    i know there's good advice here that's the whole reason i made the post... i understand the theoretical problems caused by young roid use but my cousin used every roid in the book at my age until about 7 years ago and has absolutely no health problems so i don't really agree with them... by the way i noticed a mistype i meant 15 years ago when he started not 5.

    killinweights, even if you dont take these guys advice and do the cycle, whats your pct going to look like? which anti e's and/or serms are you going to take? its the most important part. use the search button.

    no one ive ever seen do roids has used any anti e's or serms. i wouldn't even consider it until i saw something that would make me think otherwise... i think it should just stay basic until there are complications...

    what are your goals?.. to just gain mass? or get cut... ?..

    ....hes going to do it anyways guys.. so might as well help him do it the right way.....people gave me advice on my cycles..and im only 20... im sure he'd apreciate the help...

    damn right scribbs i sure would appreciate the help lol. it's not that i don't appreciate the warnings these guys are giving me, it's just that i've seen first hand that it's not a horror story starting this young... i want to get big for now i'll worry about cutting later so im not worried about any bloating and although i would like to keep fat gains to a minimum im not too worried about getting a few pounds of adipose in exchange for a lot of muscle

    i dont think it's retarded... my cousin and all of his training partners did a lot more deca back in the day and never touched an anti e... no negative side affects whatsoever

    maybe you could look in to-- dbol, test e and prop .. usually its said your first cycle is for the most part your best cycle... so you want to make sure you got everything down that way you get the best out of it.... imo.. (im not a doctor or anything) i dont really think it matters what steroid you do as long as you do it the right way and have a pct.... but thats just my opinion... people are just going to say stick to 1 compound.. im doing 3 right now.. for my first cycle. and im liking it... i started at 197.. i lost weight in the first 2 weeks.. went to 192.. then 4 days ago i weighed 200.. and as soon as test e kicks in for me... i know i'll be gaining more in like 2 weeks... but good luck with what you decide... just dont forget to get everythign down first and buy all your pct first... yeah.. you might want to have letro on hand...in case you get gyno... good luck

    i just want to be ****in massive for my first bodybuilding comp... ive mock dieted and timed it with a comp and got really lean but i need to add a lot more size

    yeah cause it was only 6 weeks. Which is short as hell not point to pct thats not even a real cycle. It was probably his first cycle and thats why he got good results of such a short time of use.

    he never did a cycle longer than 6 weeks and his last competition he was 245 at 5'7... i think 6 weeks is plenty of time for a cycle...

    besides isnt there an increased risk of long-term damage if you exceed 6 weeks?

    6' 247 about 11%bf... eating 8 times daily totaling about 5k calories 350 protein 550-600 carbs 125-150 fat

    I was always under the impression that you need to run deca longer than 6 weeks. I never ran deca shorter than 10 weeks. Same for test E or C. Of course Tren A and Prop on the other hand can be run for 6. Deca or Test ran 6 weeks IN MY OPINION yields lower results if many at all. For me...i dont see good results with deca or test E/C until about week 4-5 anyway. So in my opinion you need to do the deca for atleast 10 weeks. Anyway, just my two cents here!!

    yeah but ive also heard that if you run anything more than 6 maybe 8 weeks it starts becoming an increasing risk for long term damage... and i want to get big but not at the cost of a decreased life lol. thanks though i appreciate the help from all you guys

    Test E 500mg a week, 1shot on Sunday(250mg) and 2nd shot on Wed.(250mg)

    do that for 10weeks

    on week 12, meaning after your 10th week take the next 2weeks off, start your PCT

    take Clomid 100mgED@1w, 50mgED@2-3w
    take Nolva 40mgED@1w, 30mgED@2w, 20mgED@3w
    take Aromasin 1ml@25mgED for 3w (this you can get at the boards website, it comes in a 30ml bottle at 25mg)

    there ya go, beginner cycle, was my first cycle, loving it and got some great gains!

    so now that you just got the basic easiest part of a cycle given to you, go ahead and do it!

    but when your blood pressure goes up, your gettin chest pains, acne, feeling bloated, not seeing any improvements, or basically not getting what you want, dont come here crying and saying its not working, what am i doin wrong, or why am i feeling like this

    you cant just give your 16yr old kid the keys to your car and expect him to drive good

    do the research, its what needed for your cycle, NOT what doses to take. Get your diet, workouts, sleep, and social schedule in check before starting your cycle
