is ephedra good alone or is it only worth taking with CA also? or just the EC maybe? I was thinking of getting some CHARGE but I have some epehdra pills here at my house and was thinking of taking them just before my workouts.

You need to at least take asprin with the ephedra. Asprin aids in circulation so that the ephadra is not so hard on the heart

straight aspirin, or is Exedrin good? I don't know what has aspirin in it at all anyways.
