    First cycle

    I am fairly experienced in regards to weight training. However, my diet is horrific. I need a kick in the ass from you good folks. I really enjoy reading a lot of the posts. You guys help each other out. I also was going to start taking test cyp.(1-11 @ 500mg a wk), d-bol to get jump started, about 4 weeks. I know I am going to add weight but I figure I would do a little more running maybe 4x a week for approx 45 minutes to help turn some of the fat to muscle. Lastly, how do you feel about throwing in some T4 ? Thanks 6215

    first off I would perfect your diet before you start a cycle.

    Secondly how the heck do you turn fat to muscle

    third- cycle looks good, how much dbol would you be taking

    dbol -25mg a day, Sounded rookie huh turn fat into muscle ! The bottom line like you said is "perfect my diet" I realize that is key. Could you give me an example of what your day is like in regards to food, a daily meal plan ?

    peanut butter has some slow digesting proteins, pretty good stuff! try some peanut butter sandwiches for a quick snack!

    Here is a sample of my diet.

    7:30 6 egg whites, 3 wholewheat pancakes

    10:30 Serving of fruit, protein shake(50g's)

    12:30 Two, 6-8oz chicken breasts, 6 oz of brown rice or red potato(s)

    3:00 can of Tuna or if I only had 1 chicken breast at lunch, I'll have another one

    6:00 Salad, lean steak or fish, another serving of brown rice

    9:00 Protein shake(50g's)

    For me, this works pretty well. I try to take in 3500 calories of good food. I'm 5'7" @ 173 lbs. If you are bigger or smaller, adjust accordingly...

    Welcome to AR

    as stated, get your diet in check and perfected BEFORE ever thinking of adding steroids. They are not magic... you have to watch your food intake much closer when using steroids, so make that a habit now!!
