I am fairly experienced in regards to weight training. However, my diet is horrific. I need a kick in the ass from you good folks. I really enjoy reading a lot of the posts. You guys help each other out. I also was going to start taking test cyp.(1-11 @ 500mg a wk), d-bol to get jump started, about 4 weeks. I know I am going to add weight but I figure I would do a little more running maybe 4x a week for approx 45 minutes to help turn some of the fat to muscle. Lastly, how do you feel about throwing in some T4 ? Thanks 6215
