Crusing?
I belive this means you are taking something when you are not cycling like 250mg of test e a week while in between cycles is this correct?

There are a fair few who cruise on low doses of testosterone on this board. 100-250mg/wk seems to be the normal amount. Cycle for X amount of weeks, then cruise for X amount of weeks.

Crusing or bridging really isnt something to regret after being "on" or "shutdown" for many months, even years. Its only reserved for the proffessionalls and VERY experienced IMHO. Its a choice one doesnt want to regret in 3 years time. Maybe some of the older bro's can chime in here. Or some that are on HRT/TRT.

What effects one individual, may not effect another. 250mg/wk may work wonders for one and reek havoc on another blood pressure for extended peroids. There is no definitive answer here.
But most HRT/TRT is aorund the 100-200mg/wk mark, I believe.
IFBB Pro's, probably cruise on a lot more. I know of a strongman compettitor (UK board) who uses HRT at 500mg/wk, then ramps to at least twice that to cycle.

Alot of people who cruise inbetween cycle are the guys who find it hard to recover fast to substain the new muscle tissue what as been gained during the cycle, many BB's go round in circles gaining muscle and losing muscle and with cruising losing muscle doesn't happen.
The cruise amount of test used will hold onto the new found muscle so no lag of recovering your own test, obviously cruising can lead to HRT because you simply dont ever recover while cruising. So cruising is not to be taken lightley.
Many people stay way to long on a cycle and long periods of time over and over will play havock with your HPTA, shorter cycles help alot with recovering your HPTA, your system respond better form 2 wks being shutdown than 14wks shutdown, longer periods of shutdown will mean longer recovery, which in turn can lead you to losing muscle because your natural test isn't fully recovered to help substain the new found muscle.
HRT dose is normally around 100-150mgs per wk (or 250mg every 14 days) but younger guys shouldnt even be considering doing any kind of cruising or hrt, you should be finding how the best way to recover your natural test back to full fuction to help support the new muscle.
Crusing is normally done by pro's and BB's who are seeking a pro status, cruising will still keep you shutdown.
Crusing on or using hrt at around 250mg every 14 days (100-150mg per wk) will not cause problems with your blood values.
