    Is it bad to take DNP on cycle?

    Doing cutting cycle right now with about 4 weeks left and was thinking of doing about 200-400mg/ED for about 2 weeks to help me with the last bit of fat I have left. Would it be better to do it a little after cycle or on PCT or some other time?

    Either at the end of your cycle while androgen levels are still high or after PCT when they've had a chance to rebound. I think PCT is the worst time you can diet, with or without DNP .

    DNP works well in a cutting cycle, dosage is ***endent on your experience with the drug.

    Technically, DNP can be taken anytime.
    The only thing to consider is lethargy. For example, if hormonal fluctuations during PCT gets you down, then compounding this with DNP wouldn't a good idea.

    i ran dnp in my pct of a bulker not a good idea at all!

    personally i dont care for dnp after my first use.....

    Well I plan on running it for 2-3 weeks while on cycle and also want to know if I should keep my calories at 2,000 still and keep doing my 3.5mph cardio for an hour ED.

    Many people do. And though it may seem as if the goals are contadictory, it would make sense to do so.

    Those answers are contingent.
    What are your stats? Because a cycle of only 2k cals daily isn't really cycle worthy. You should be consuming more than that for daily existence without exercise, just for respiration and locomotion, unless you’re on a serious diet. Even VLCD's, Very Low Calorie Diets average 1100-1400cals a day, and they aren't for bb'ers, unless it's precontest.

    Also, outline your DNP cycle. Technically, cardio is avoided on DNP unless it's a very low dose in conjunction with something like IGf. The first reason is that cardio can be dangerous during this time, and the second is that it’s simply not necessary.

    I'm 210lbs currently at 5"11 and at about 15% bodyfat, and even with all this cardio and small amount of cals I still keep getting stronger every week. My bench so far has risen from 330 to 350,squats from 470 to 530, and deadlifts from 520 to 550lbs and doesn't look like its slowing down at all.

    With all that in place you should also be losing fat rather rapidly, unless of course your cardio is outside the fat burning zone (too fast or slow), your calories are unclean, or you’re your meals are poorly planned.

    Generally speaking, one should NOT do cardio on DNP .
    However, some do at their own risk.
    But, if you exceed 200mgs ED at any time of your cycle, which you didn't outline, cardio should be completely extinguished as such actions would be considered VERRYYY dangerous.

    Alright thanks, I was planning on doing 400mg ED for first 3-4days and then 200mg ED from then on.

    If this is your first cycle, be sure to start with 200 and increase as tolerable. Some go to 600 for a short time during peak cycle. I'm just saying be weary of cardio on DNP as they are not a good combination for obvious reasons, though acceptable at low doses...enjoy.
