    low dosages of test enanthanate

    6'1 167LBS. 14% bf
    first cycle--my original plan was to go with:

    400mgs of test e a week and 30mgs of dbol a day

    however, im kinda worried because im the type of person that can get irritable pretty easily. so i was wondering if 200mgs of test e. would be ok to try for the first time to see how i react...
    if this is ok should i split it up to 100mgs twice a week? or just shoot once a week?
    and at this level would it even be worth it? would i make good gains?

    I think I am the most irritable guy in town. I punch my cat for no reason! You will be fine on that dosage. I personaly split mine up twice a week.

    At 6'1" and 167lbs I would suggest you build a better base before venturing into AAS use. How is your diet?

    Diet is the most important factor in determining whether you grow or not. Post your diet up in the diet forum for bros to critique. Steroids should be administered after you have reached your natural potential, as an extra boost.

    EAT MORE. I am 6'1" and gained 25 pounds this year training natural, I am now 205. Just started my first cycle.
    I agree with the above...get your diet together and bulk up to at least 180 before AAS.

    Has your strength increased alot in five years? After 5 years, I want to be benching 350 lb.s raw and deadlifting 600 lb.s. Your training might not be that great either. Seriously you should be alot bigger after 5 years, but it might just be all diet.

    yeah it has actually. i was 130 lbs when i started and since then im repping 225 six to eight times and squating over 350lbs. i just have a really hard time gaining. diet only helps out for a few slow pounds and its tough to keep the diet up for such slow gains. ive been lifting long enough and want to see a larger gain. no one is more serious about their gym time than i am.

    you would notice some gains at 200mg it just really ***ends on how your body reacts to it. everyone reacts differently. id say ud gain an easy 5kg's. key is eating but.

    no reason not to do 500 mg of test a week tho bro. its usually not nearly as potent with aggression as people think. in fact i always find myself wanting more than i get from just test.

    Go with 500mg or 400mg a week, I tried 250mg for 10 weeks and I was not impressed with the result, my friend did 500mg for 12 weeks and his results were amazing.
    I read some where that 100mg of test E = 70mg testosterone ...

    To be honest you should build a better base, I'm not a believer in the "must be a certain weight" type argument. I started off smaller than recommended and I'm a big guy now, but 167lbs at 6'1 means either your diet or training are off, in the absence of a legitimate medical condition that is.

    If you sort out your diet and training and run a cycle now at your low weight, I'd expect to gain 25-30lbs, keep 20-25. But the key is sorting out your diet and training. If you don't, don't expect much gains

    yeah its just if he got to 200 (which shud be very possible at 6'1) THEN cycled, hed be alot bigger. shit i was 210 at 18 im only 5'11, i wasnt fat either.
