swollen and sore as hell

i got my gear on friday of last week i hit 1 cc of test enanthate and 1 cc of deca with a 5/8 in pin in my delt on sunday noticing severe soreness and swelling what is wrong
appreciate any help\

Thats normal usually just some inflamation from the shot. You only need to be worried if you start to develope a rash and fever.

it was my friend i hit him and hes really worried i figured because it was such a small pin and didnt get far enough into the muscle?

ya he notice no test fever symtoms or anything just swollen and sore

i shot the same thing but with 3ml in the delt also and notice nothing but the normal soreness from the hit

5/8 pin should have been enought unless he has a high BF content. Also did you use a method called Z plasty I think. Its where you pull back the skin in a certain direction and then inject in you target spot. Then let the skin go after the shot is done. The theory behind it is that the unpunctured skin that moves back over the injection site somewhat seals the punture hole not allowing any of the injection to leak out.

no i didnt do that but he has a pretty low bf hes 5'9 190 but pretty solid i was just worried that the pin wasnt long enough because i have 1'1/4 in pins i should have shot him in the ass but i figured it would be easier to teach him how to do it if he could see what i was doing

yeah he will be fine the delts are becoming the preferred area to shoot in the medical field according to some nurse buddies of mine. He just needs to get use to the foreign substance in his body then he will not get sore that much.

If it was a virgin muscle then that might explain the pain.
