Yep. Got to love that morning stiffy. I don't think it makes enough of a difference to determine workout time. At least not for me I am really weak in the morning for some reason.

doesnt natural test production occur in the evening?
Isnt that why when bridging you would take the bridge in the AM,
So it doesnt surpress your natural test production?

No you want to take your bridge in the morning because the body is expecting a test spike and therefore the 10 mg of dbol (as an example) doesn't shut you down. By the time the natural test levels are declining the dbol is leaving your system and your body thinks everything is ok.

I learn something new every day!

Thats what were here for right?

So its better to work out in the morning, rather the evening?

Does the release of HGH have anything to do with the natural test spike in the AM, if not what causes the AM spike of test?
