When I take var I get very sick to my stomach. I also lose my appetite... I've tried it both with food and without food, taking 50mg per day in 10mg tab format. Does anyone else have this issue?

I'm at the end of week 3 of 70mg Var per day. No problems at all with cramps although I have lost my appetite a bit. Still you don't need an appetite to eat, just get it down. Everyone's different though.
Do you mean cramps it your actual stomach (like you want to heave) or further down your digestive tract (like a grip in your guts)?

If any orals effect your appetite dont use them again, appetite is to important when bodybuilding, bulking or dieting!!
